Penta does not accept returns at this time. If your order arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to confirm the issue and send replacement product. 


Shipping is free on all orders. Penta ships via FedEx® ground within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please use our store locator to find stores in Hawaii. No shipments can be made outside of the United States.

Most orders ship the same day and arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11am PST, over the weekends, or during holidays may be delayed. We'll send a shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse with the carrier name, tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information. Click the tracking number on the shipment notification email to track your delivery on the carriers website.

Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please place separate orders if you wish to deliver to two or more addresses.
